Disposable corn starch tableware is mainly made of materials such as corn starch, polypropylene, PS, polystyrene, etc. It is undamaged, odorless, and odorless. It usually requires meeting the following basic conditions:

（5）負重3KG，高度變化≤5%（主要針對快餐餐盒，其它類型產品可根據用戶需要制定相關指標）；

(5) Carrying a weight of 3KG, with a height change of ≤ 5% (mainly for fast food boxes, other types of products can have relevant indicators formulated according to user needs);

（6）合蓋方便平整，對折15次以上無斷裂；

(6) Easy to close and flat, folded in half for more than 15 times without breakage;

（7）一次性玉米淀粉餐具的造型美觀，拿、放方便，有適應不同需求的品種；

（8）0.8m跌落水泥地面無破裂；

（9）原生材料制含水率≤7%。

玉米淀粉是柔軟的，一般的玉米淀粉材料一次性食品盒的溫度是-6度到+120度，所以相當適合熱的食品，可以在微波爐中加熱，甚在蒸汽柜中烹飪。

PS是堅硬透明的。一般用PS材料制作的一次性飯盒溫度在75度左右，不適合盛熱飯和熱菜。而PS具有良好的低溫性能，是冰淇淋的包裝材料。

PS is hard and transparent. Generally, disposable lunch boxes made of PS materials have a temperature of around 75 degrees, making them unsuitable for serving hot rice and dishes. PS has good low-temperature performance and is the packaging material for ice cream.

為了降低成本，有些飯盒是用PP做的，盒蓋是用PS做的，優點是盒蓋是透明的，而玉米淀粉是硬的，所以可以用薄的材料來做，這樣可以降低成本。但是，這種設計的消費者必須了解兩種材料的區別，不要把整個一次性玉米淀粉餐具的放進微波爐。
