探秘一次性玉米餐具的制備!

以玉米芯粉為主料,淀粉、殼聚糖以、黃原膠2聚乙烯醇為膠黏劑,在90℃熔融共混30min制備混合原料,再通過一系列后續(xù)處理制備餐具。

玉米芯餐具的制備工藝流程:

玉米芯粉(過篩)、聚乙烯醇(溶解)、淀粉、殼聚糖、黃原膠→丶加適量水→混合、攪拌、恒溫水浴熔融→擠壓→塑形→于燥→表面處理→于燥→冷卻→性能測定。

一、一次性玉米淀粉餐具混合原料制備:
1、 Preparation of mixed raw materials for disposable corn starch tableware:
1、將玉米芯粉過篩,稱取備用。
1. Sift corncob powder, weigh and set aside.
2、稱取淀粉、殼聚糖、黃原膠,并與玉米芯粉混合均勻,備用。

3、稱取一定量聚乙烯醇,加入適量蒸餾水,90℃水浴加熱15min并不斷攪拌,直全溶解。

4、將2中的混合粉末與溶解的聚乙烯醇混合均勻,再加入適量的蒸餾水保障每個原料全潤濕,放入恒溫水浴鍋中90℃加熱30min,不斷攪拌以保證原料受熱均勻,并使料漿質(zhì)地細膩良好。

二、擠壓成型:

1、將上述料漿稍冷卻后進行擠壓塑形,放入干燥箱中干燥1h,恒溫100℃。

2、將一次性玉米淀粉餐具取出冷卻室溫,再放入于燥箱中于燥30min,恒溫85℃,即制得成品。
